Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to hospitality, consistently delivering warm, welcoming guest interactions, and creating a positive experience from arrival through departure.
• Proven ability to perform multiple food service functions while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service within an assigned work area.
• Skilled in setting up, maintaining, and breaking down workstations, ensuring all equipment, supplies, and food items are organized, stocked, and service-ready.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards with a track record of strict adherence to sanitation policies and procedures.
• Experience preparing and serving food and beverages, operating POS systems, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation guidelines.

Core Skills:

• Ability to calculate basic math functions (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) with the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and reconcile balances.
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Carry and push heavy equipment up to 30lbs to various locations.
• Food service, customer service, retail associate or cash handling experience required.

Additional Information:

• Location: 1275 York Ave (Main Campus) Gift Shop

• Schedule: Part-time; Monday-Friday, hours bwteen 6am to 8:30pm along with weekends and holidays. 18.75 hours a week.

• Report to Manager, Gift Shop

• Schedule Part Time opportunity that involves varying schedules, rotating weekends, and rotating holidays. Monday-Friday hours between 6am to 8:30pm, along with weekends and holidays. 18.75 hours a week.
