Role Overview:
Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and data elements required or available.
Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
Produce data sets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
Identify project risks and impediments; notify management; proactively work with other members of the team to complete assigned tasks as defined by project scope and timelines
Revenue Cycle Specific:
General revenue cycle experience required
Understanding of standard Epic Revenue Cycle operations and Epic Workflows
Certifications in Epic Modules relevant to Revenue Cycle (HB Resolute, PB Resolute, ect..) good to have but not required.
Clinical Specific:
General Clinical reporting experience required
Understanding of standard Epic Radiology/clinical operations and Epic Workflows
Certifications in Epic Modules such as Clinical Data Model, Radiant, or Cupid good to have but not required
Key Qualifications:
Epic Cogito, Clarity Data Model, and Caboodle Data Model Certifications required
Experience working in Healthcare data and analytics
Be a go-getter and looking to grow
Proficiency in SQL programming, relational database design principles, and Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization & BI tools
Experience with Azure Databricks, DBT, R & Python programming is good to have
(This is would be covered by the Cogito Certification)Core Skills:
Comfortable communicating with stakeholders within and external to MSK. Pose insightful questions to drive effective problem-solving.
Able to navigate ambiguity and work independently
Understands technical discussions at the 'task level' and able to break down tasks to a step-by-step process

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday
Location: Hybrid: Flexibility to come on site as needed at 633 Third Ave, NY, NY
Reporting to: Associate Director, Analytics (Revenue) and Manager II, Data Analytics (Clinical)
Pay Range: $122,800.00-$196,500.00
Pay Range: $99,800.00 - $159,800.00
FSLA Status: Exempt
