Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our dynamic team of over 900 dedicated Advanced Practice Providers at MSK, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, cutting-edge cancer care to patients and their families.

Role Overview: In this role, the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will work as a Surgical Float to support the inpatient Orthopedic Oncology Surgical Service as well as the Urology Oncology Surgical Service. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and be the driving force behind patient-centered care. Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program

  • NCCPA certification

  • Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience is preferred

  • BLS certification/ACLS certification

OR

  • Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations RN-First Assist certification

  • Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)

  • Related National NP certification

  • Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience is preferred 

  • BLS certification/ACLS certification

More Information:

Location: Main Hospital Campus, 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY

Hours: 12 hour shifts, 13 shifts per 4-week block,  weekend and holiday coverage 

Pay Range: $155,500-$197,400

Reporting to: Associate Director, APP
