Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to provide comprehensive care to patients in our Ophthalmic Oncology Surgery Service, meeting the medical and psychosocial needs of both pediatric and adult patients. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with top physicians and healthcare professionals, providing pre- and post-operative care in both outpatient clinics and inpatient settings. You’ll also be instrumental in implementing patient education and clinical support programs that ensure a seamless continuum of care. If you’re a PA or NP with RNFA certification, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your impact in the OR as well. Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program

  • NCCPA certification

  • Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure

  • BLS certification/ PALS certification/ALS certification

OR

  • Current New York State (NYS) RN and Family Nurse Practitioner licenses/registrations.

  • Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)

  • Related National NP certification

  • RNFA a plus

  • BLS certification/ PALS certification/ALS certification

Additional Information:

Location: 160 E. 53rd Street & 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY

Schedule: 5 – 8 hour shifts, days (7 or 8 am start), M-F

Reporting to: Manager, APP

Pay Range: $155,500 - $197,400/annually
