Clinical Nurse - Supportive Care Triage Office Practice

Hours:  Flexed 4x10 8AM-6PM with weekend and holiday rotation

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Ambulatory Office Practice Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact on Supportive care team. 

Role Overview:

  • Function in reciprocal Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model.

  • Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with management of a caseload of patients receiving palliative medicine.

  • Perform patient assessment and provide symptom management.

  • Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.

  • Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure efficient care throughout the healthcare continuum.

  • Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in ambulatory setting.

Key Qualifications: 

  • New York State RN license and BSN

  • 1.5-2 years of related medical/surgical experience required

  • Palliative and Ambulatory experience strongly preferred

Pay Range: $110,700.00 - $177,100.00
