Role Overview 

  • Oversee Epic portfolio supporting MSK’s revenue cycle activities across enterprise locations. 

  • Manage intake and prioritization for Epic development in revenue cycle and clinical documentation improvement. 

  • Lead Epic projects that enhance registration, scheduling, billing, coding, and reimbursement workflows. 

  • Support optimization of charge capture, front-end patient access, and backend reimbursement. 

  • Collaborate with coders, physicians, nurses, schedulers, and operations staff across hospital and clinical departments. 

  • Partner with Finance, Revenue Integrity, and clinical leaders to align workflows with compliance and financial goals. 

  • Ensure Resolute PB, HB, Claims, and related applications integrate with end-to-end workflow design. 

  • Drive improvements in financial performance while supporting care delivery. 

  • Facilitate governance workgroups to align priorities, secure decisions, and provide status updates. 

 

Key Qualifications 

  • 5+ years in revenue cycle operations or healthcare IT. 

  • 2+ years managing Epic projects. 

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience. 

  • Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Resolute certification strongly preferred; strong knowledge of revenue integrity and coding. 

 

Core Skills 

  • Expertise in Epic revenue cycle systems and integration with clinical documentation. 

  • Ability to collaborate across Finance, clinical leaders, and operational teams. 

  • Skilled in governance facilitation, project risk management, and workflow optimization. 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities 

 

Pay Range: $149,200.00 - $246,300.00
