Role Overview
Oversee Epic portfolio supporting MSK’s revenue cycle activities across enterprise locations.
Manage intake and prioritization for Epic development in revenue cycle and clinical documentation improvement.
Lead Epic projects that enhance registration, scheduling, billing, coding, and reimbursement workflows.
Support optimization of charge capture, front-end patient access, and backend reimbursement.
Collaborate with coders, physicians, nurses, schedulers, and operations staff across hospital and clinical departments.
Partner with Finance, Revenue Integrity, and clinical leaders to align workflows with compliance and financial goals.
Ensure Resolute PB, HB, Claims, and related applications integrate with end-to-end workflow design.
Drive improvements in financial performance while supporting care delivery.
Facilitate governance workgroups to align priorities, secure decisions, and provide status updates.
Key Qualifications
5+ years in revenue cycle operations or healthcare IT.
2+ years managing Epic projects.
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Resolute certification strongly preferred; strong knowledge of revenue integrity and coding.
Core Skills
Expertise in Epic revenue cycle systems and integration with clinical documentation.
Ability to collaborate across Finance, clinical leaders, and operational teams.
Skilled in governance facilitation, project risk management, and workflow optimization.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Pay Range: $149,200.00 - $246,300.00
