Role Overview:

- Deliver engaging in-person and remote Epic training to new hires and end users.
- Provide education and coaching on Epic EHR use, including upgrades, optimization, and at-the-elbow support.
- Document learner completion in the LMS and manage post-activation security requests.
- Conduct onsite and virtual office hours, rounding, and personalized support sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Epic-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with site operations and Epic Training team to refine curriculum and learning methods.
- Design and maintain effective training content (Tip Sheets, Quick Start Guides, videos, e-learning modules).
- Keep training materials accurate, relevant, and aligned with latest Epic functionality.
- Participate in feedback and program evaluation to improve training effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience and Credentials as an Epic trainer are Preferred

- Prior class management experience desired

- Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Experience in any of the following Epic modules is good to have but not required: Clin Doc, Ambulatory, Radiant, Beaker, Willow and Resolute

Core Skills:

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Proficiency in training content creation and delivery.

- Intermediate to advanced computer and technical abilities, including familiarity with design tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).

- Strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities in high-pressure settings.

Pay Range: $75,500.00 - $116,900.00

FSLA Status: Exempt
