Application Analyst I - Epic Cadence and Prelude

Role Overview:

- Analyze complex business problems to develop effective technical, workflow, or integration solutions.
- Configure Epic Prelude and Cadence system settings and options to meet evolving business needs.
- Design and document detailed technological solutions and functional specifications.
- Identify and address system gaps with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation and maintenance of Epic modules.
- Conduct and validate unit testing to ensure system changes meet business requirements.
- Provide technical consultation to end users and key stakeholders.
- Maintain vendor relationships as needed to support software configuration or upgrades.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and offering input during technical discussions.

Key Qualifications:

- Active Epic certifications in both Prelude and Cadence required

- 2–4 years of experience in application support or health IT.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Ability to contribute independently while collaborating within cross-functional teams.

Core Skills:

- Strong understanding of Epic registration and scheduling workflows.

- Proficiency in system configuration and functional testing.

- Clear, professional communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay Range: $90,700.00 - $145,300.00
