Role Overview:
As a Research Technician, you will assist Dr. Jonathan Peled with mouse and microbiology/molecular biology experiements in microbiome science in the context of cancer immunotherapy. . Responsibilities include:
- Laboratory Support: Prepare and maintain lab equipment, instruments, solutions, stains, assays, and other essential supplies.
- Techniques & Assays: Perform specialized techniques, such as cell culture, cell separation, electrophoresis, TIA, ELISA etc.
- Animal Handling: Conduct animal studies, including injections, tissue/fluids collection, and animal autopsies to facilitate chemical identification and analyses.
- Data Management: Record and analyze research data, prepare reports, and provide insights to the research team.
- Collaboration: Assist peers and researchers with ongoing projects, fostering a team-oriented, supportive environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Bench experience with molecular biology, microbiology, cell culture, or mouse work..
