Senior Scheduler – Interventional Radiology

We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Senior Scheduler to join our Interventional Radiology department. If you're customer-focused and ready to make an impact, we want you to join us!

Role Overview:

As a Senior Scheduler in the Department of Interventional Radiology, you will coordinate and manage both outpatient and inpatient procedure referrals and scheduling. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients are well-informed, prepared, and scheduled efficiently. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

You will also act as a liaison between referring offices, patients, and clinical staff to ensure accurate, timely scheduling and optimal workflow within the department.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical scheduling systems such as HIS, RIS-IC, Cadence, and OpTime
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is a plus

Additional Information:

  • Location: Main Hospital Campus 1275 York Avenue, NY, NY
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Everyday onsite training for 3 to 6 months. 4 days Remote 1 dayonsightafter successful training 10-6pm subject to change upon needs of the department 
  • Reporting to: Scheduling Supervisor, Interventional Radiology
  • Opportunity: Hybrid work environment after onboarding/training period
