Exciting Opportunity at MSK: The Global Cancer Disparities Initiative (GCDI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead financial, grant, and project management activities across our global programs. This role will work closely with GCDI leadership and international collaborators to ensure the success of research, education, and capacity-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for global health equity.

Role Overview:
Financial Management
• Oversee grant and philanthropic budgets, ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Prepare financial reports, manage expenditures, and coordinate effort reporting.
• Serve as liaison with MSK Finance and external funding agencies.
Grant Coordination
• Lead preparation and submission of grant applications (e.g., NIH, foundations).
• Ensure compliance with funding guidelines and maintain grant records.
Project Oversight
• Manage research, education, and training projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate logistics and communications for the annual ARGO Symposium in Nigeria.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with internal and international partners to support program initiatives.
• Organize leadership events, faculty meetings, and donor engagement activities.
Strategic Support
• Support GCDI leadership with operational planning and program development.
• Identify funding opportunities and contribute to long-term strategic goals.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, financial oversight, or grant administration, preferably in a research or academic setting.
• Experience working with international partners and/or in global health programs is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with NIH and foundation grant processes and compliance requirements.
