Exciting opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Research Supervisor, Pediatrics - Transplant, Cellular Therapy and Heme Malignancy Services! This is an exciting leadership opportunity overseeing day-to-day supervision of the research team and research operations.
Role Overview:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Responsible for leading all research operations, ensuring the highest quality patient-centric care, data management, clinic management, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with key partners (internal and external) in the development and ongoing management of clinical trials and research projects, including investigator initiative trials, industry-sponsored trials, biospecimen protocols, and retrospective protocols.
- Partner with leadership to meet departmental goals and objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Clinical Research experience within a pediatric environment.
- Supervisory experience and experience with high volume trials a plus.

- Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

- Schedule: Hybrid, at least 3-4 days onsite

Pay Range: $88,800.00 - $142,200.00
