Role Overview:
Are you an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) ready to make a significant impact in Thoracic Surgical Oncology? Join our dynamic team to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to surgical inpatients, addressing their medical, surgical, and psychosocial needs at every stage. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and a dedicated healthcare team, implementing and evaluating high standards of evidence-based care. In this role, you’ll actively contribute to patient education and clinical support programs, ensuring patients receive optimal care along their healthcare journey. Your expertise will be invaluable as we push forward with cutting-edge research, all with a focus on delivering the best outcomes for our patients. Key Qualifications:
- Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
- Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
- Related National NP certification
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience is strongly preferred
OR
- Graduate from an accredited PA program
- NCCPA certification
- Active New York State license or be qualified for state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience is strongly preferred

Additional Information:
Location:1275 York Ave
Hours: 6:30pm to 6:30am, rotating weekends and holidays; 13 shifts per month
Pay Range: 144k-182K
Reporting to: Manager, APP
