Role Overview:
Join us for an exciting opportunity where you'll provide comprehensive care to oncology patients receiving systemic therapy at our state-of-the-art 53rd Street and/or Brooklyn Infusion Center! Your role will empower you to independently assess and manage patients, showcasing strong clinical skills for effective symptom management. You'll be the go-to person for promptly addressing patient inquiries and issues related to infusion therapy, handling medical emergencies and reactions with expertise, providing invaluable education, and offering unwavering support whenever needed. Key Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited PA Program
- NCCPA certification
- Active New York State license or be qualified for state license.
- 2+ years of experience caring for medical oncology or UCC/SCC patients as an APP.
- ACLS/BLS certification
OR
- Current New York State RN and NP license/registration
- Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges
- 2+ years of experience with medical oncology or UCC/SCC patients as an APP
- Related National NP certification.
- ACLS/BLS certification

- Attend daily chemo huddle meetings to review patient schedules, treatment plans, and address clinical concerns.
- Participate in chemo daily forecast sessions to anticipate patient volumes and ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members.
Additional information:
Location: 53rd Street with flexibility to cover Brooklyn occasionally
Hours: 4 10 hours shifts; 53rd Street 10am-9pm; Brooklyn 8am-6pm
This role not open to new graduates as they are fully independent with minimal supervision
Pay Range $144,000-182,000K
