Role Overview: 

• Take inventory and order supplies to maintain par levels in all assigned supply areas per established schedule. 

• Count supplies item by item and note quantities needed to bring items up to par level. 

• Order additional supplies as requested by outpatient leadership. 

• Identify and return overstocked items while supervising fast-moving inventory. 

• Deliver and store supplies in appropriate locations within established time frames. 

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely distribution of items. 

• Assist with facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and clean environment. 

• Conduct regular environment rounds to uphold institutional standards. 

• Maintain records of pending and completed facility tasks. 

• Ensure availability and maintenance of vital equipment for operations. 

• Coordinate repairs and follow accurate institutional processes for medical equipment. 

Key Qualifications: 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Capability to walk and push heavy carts. 

• Comfortable standing for long periods. 

• Basic computer knowledge. 

• Enthusiasm for MSK’s mission and interest in logistics/supply chain.

Additional Information:  

• Location: 500 Westchester Avenue, West Harrison, NY.  

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm to 10pm. Some weekends and holidays.   

• Reports to Manager, Perioperative Support/Central Processing, Nursing
