At MSK, operational excellence is critical to delivering world-class patient care. In this role, you’ll help ensure medical equipment is functional and available, clinical environments are safe and well-maintained, and teams are supported with the resources they need every day. You’ll collaborate across Nursing, Facilities, Biomedical Engineering, and other departments—playing an essential role in supporting both patient safety and care delivery. Key Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in healthcare operations, equipment management, or facilities coordination
  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle basic technical equipment issues
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking and documentation
  • Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced clinical environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
  • Prior experience in healthcare, facilities, or equipment support is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow with comprehensive on-the-job training provided

Additional Information:

  • Location: 1275 York Ave, New York
  • Schedule: Full-time; 37.5 hours a week. Every third weekend
  • Report to Regional Manager, Materials Management
