The Problem Solver: Aubrey Campbell’s Journey of Innovation and Impact
At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), problem-solving isn’t just about technology—it’s about people. Aubrey Campbell, Solution Analyst II, has built a career around innovation, automation, and making an impact. Since joining MSK in 2018, Aubrey has grown from his early days on the Help Desk to playing a key role in data analytics and enterprise technology services (ETS).

💡 Driven by Impact
“I love finding solutions that free up time and improve the way we work,” Aubrey shares. During COVID-19, he worked long hours assisting MSK teams, later transitioning to digital training, where he used data insights to enhance learning programs. Now, he’s developing an executive dashboard to optimize Epic integration and technology tracking at MSK.
🔎 A Lifelong Learner
A Brooklyn native and math and physics graduate, Aubrey credits mentors at MSK and his mother, an immigrant from Panama, for shaping his career and work ethic.
💬 On Black History Month
“For me, Black History Month is about highlighting members of our society who may have been forgotten and remembering our history as an important part of American history,” he says. “It’s also about listening—understanding each other opens doors.”
🏃♂️ Looking Ahead
With “consistency” as his theme for the year, Aubrey is pushing new limits—training for the Jersey City Half Marathon while continuing to drive innovation at MSK.
As we celebrate Black History Month, we honor team members like Aubrey, who innovate, inspire, and make a lasting impact every day.
