MSK named one of the top workplaces for inclusion & diversity by Newsweek
Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) has once again been recognized by Newsweek as one of the nation’s top workplaces for inclusion and diversity, earning five stars—the highest ranking—among mid- to large-sized employers in the U.S. This prestigious distinction reflects MSK’s commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, as assessed through employee feedback and Newsweek’s rigorous research methods. These include public data, insights from HR professionals, and responses from an anonymous survey of employees at U.S.-based companies.
Newsweek highlights that diversity is integral to organizational success and social responsibility in today’s evolving workplace landscape. Research shows that nearly 80% of U.S. workers believe fostering an inclusive culture is essential for companies to thrive.
“MSK’s Core Values are rooted in our commitment to creating an environment where inclusion and belonging are prioritized,” says Nicola Buchanan, Director of the Office of Inclusion & Belonging (OIB). “We are dedicated to building and maintaining a workforce that welcomes individuals from a broad spectrum of backgrounds, ages, races, abilities, genders, and sexual orientations.”
