Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) earns spot on Forbes’ 2025 list of America’s Best Large Employers

For the eighth year, MSK has been named one of the top employers in the country, earning a spot on Forbes’ 2025 list of America’s Best Large Employers. This year, we ranked 11th out of 700 organizations and 2nd in the healthcare and social services industry. This honor reflects what we’ve always known—our people make MSK an incredible place to work, grow, and make a difference.

This recognition, awarded in partnership with Statista, is based on feedback from more than 217,000 employees across the U.S. working at companies with at least 1,000 employees. Employers were ranked based on direct recommendations from employees who rated their willingness to recommend their workplace, as well as indirect recommendations from friends, family, and industry peers. Employees rated their workplaces on culture, opportunities for growth, and overall satisfaction. The fact that MSK continues to earn this distinction year after year is a testament to the strong, supportive, and mission-driven community we’ve built together.
