Exciting Opportunity at MSK - Executive Administrative Partner Real Estate & Operations
MSK is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Administrative Partner (EAP) to support the SVP of Real Estate & Operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and takes genuine ownership of their work. The EAP serves as a true extension of executive leadership, keeping the office running with precision, staying ahead of what needs to happen, and actively partnering with the SVP on strategic priorities and divisional initiatives.
This role requires a high degree of independence and strong judgment. The SVP leads a large, active division and relies on this person to anticipate needs before they are voiced, identify what needs to move and when, and execute without close oversight. The right candidate looks forward and around corners, not just managing today’s priorities but thinking ahead to what the SVP and the team will need next.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage a complex executive calendar, proactively identifying conflicts, establishing priorities, and coordinating logistics across a senior leadership team
Draft communications, briefing materials, talking points, and correspondence on behalf of the SVP, with the ability to write clearly and credibly in their voice
Support timekeeping, leave tracking, and administrative coordination for the SVP’s direct reports; serve as a consistent point of contact for the leadership team on operational matters and follow-through
Process and manage scheduling, contracts, invoices, Coupa and Unifier requests, and Workday transactions with accuracy and follow-through
Compile data and prepare reports and summaries for executive review
Facilitate non-employee system access for vendors and long-term external partners in accordance with MSK processes
Maintain confidential records, files, and databases; provide guidance to administrative staff on complex inquiries and processes
Strategic Planning & Project Support
Serve as an operational partner to the SVP on divisional goals and projects, building timelines, tracking deliverables, and driving work to completion
Develop well-crafted PowerPoint presentations, reports, and project status updates for senior and cross-functional audiences
Coordinate with internal leaders and external partners, including vendors and consultants, to support initiatives such as productivity analyses, proposals, and strategic planning efforts
Bring structure and focus to multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining project documentation and using systems to keep priorities organized and visible
Support planning and logistics for divisional town halls, leadership offsites, and key institutional initiatives
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Dynamic experience providing high-level administrative and project management support to senior executives in a complex, matrixed organization
Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, well-structured materials and correspondence on behalf of the SVP and direct leadership team
Demonstrated ability to develop well-crafted executive level presentations and reports
Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
Experience with Workday transactions, budget and contract management tools such as Coupa or Unifier is an advantage
Working knowledge of AI-assisted tools, with the interest and initiative to apply them in day-to-day workflows to enhance efficiency while maintaining credibility

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Reports to: SVP, Real Estate & Operations
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time | Hybrid, onsite 4 days per week
Location: 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY; flexibility to work from the Lipstick Building based on the SVP’s schedule
