Unfortunately, you can't edit an application once it's submitted. If you have an updated resume or cover letter you may send it to your recruiter and they can add it to your profile. From there, you'll either connect directly with your recruiter for a virtual interview or receive instructions for a first round AI video interview. Either way, you'll always have direct access to your recruiter throughout the process, so if you have questions at any point, they're there. We've put real thought into the AI interview experience and actively survey candidates to keep improving it, so you're walking in as prepared as possible. If things go well, you'll move into interviews with the hiring team, which may be virtual, in person, or both depending on the role.
