Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Surgical Office Practice supporting our Ophthalmology Service! We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-centered Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgical oncology environment.

Role Overview:

• Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model.

• Provide clinical support to staff members and assist with management of a caseload of Surgical Oncology patients, with a focus in our Ophthalmology Surgical specialty.

• Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education, and symptom management.

• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow up.

Key Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)

• Active New York State RN license 

• Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience

• BLS certification 

• Previous ophthalmology experience preferred

Additional Information:

• Location: 160 East 53rd Street, New York, NY

• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday
