Role Overview:
Join our world-class team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) on the Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery team! With over 900 APPs at MSK, you’ll collaborate with a talented surgical team of APPs, fellows, residents, and attendings to provide exceptional patient care. This role includes first and second assisting in the operating room, performing tasks such as suturing, hemostasis, and drain placement, as well as opportunities for float clinic or inpatient coverage as needed. Additional responsibilities include post-operative checks, rounding, chart reviews, and patient education to ensure seamless care throughout the healthcare continuum. Key Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited PA program
- NCCPA certification
- Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
- A minimum of 2-3+ years of APP experience within an OR environment is preferred
- BLS certification
OR
- Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
- Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
- A minimum of 2-3+ years of APP experience within an OR environment is preferred
- Related National NP certification + RNFA
- BLS certification

Additional Information:
Hours: 4 ten-hour shifts; Mon-Fri 7am-9pm
Location: 1275 York Ave NY, NY
Pay Range: 144K-182K
