Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team as an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) in Radiation Oncology, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering expert, compassionate care to our patients. If you're looking for a role that blends clinical expertise, collaboration, and research in a mission-driven environment, this is the opportunity for you!  As part of MSK’s community of over 900 APPs, you’ll be surrounded by a network of dedicated professionals committed to innovation and excellence in cancer care.  You’ll collaborate closely with a world-class medical team during a patient’s treatment trajectory. You’ll be involved in shared and independent follow-ups caring for patients during treatment and post treatment.  You’ll assess both medical and psychosocial needs, implement and evaluate standards of care, and contribute to cutting-edge research to advance evidence-based practice. 

Key Qualifications:

  • Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP (Nurse Practitioner licenses/registrations)
  • Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
  • 3+ years of related clinical experience
  • Related National NP certification

OR

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program
  • NCCPA certification
  • Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience is preferred

Additional Information:

Hours:10 hour days flexed between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday.

Location:Will float to MSK Long Island Regional Locations, (Commack, NY, Uniondale, NY).

Pay Range: 144K-182K

Reporting to: Manager, APP
