MSK partners with TIAA to offer a robust retirement savings plan with fund investment via Vanguard. The plan features an employer base plus match contribution between 3 to 8 percent of your biweekly pay, in addition to money you invest, to help you save for the future you want. The retirement savings plan has several online tools and resources, as well as personalized advice and education (at no additional cost), to help employees create an investment strategy for reaching their goals.
MSK employees have access to several types of tax-advantaged accounts through WageWorks, providing ways to save on healthcare, dependent care, or commuting transit or parking expenses by using pretax payroll deductions.

The Tuition Assistance Program provides financial assistance to help employees further their education, enhance their skills and knowledge, and improve their ability to face future challenges at MSK. The program offers reimbursement to both full-time and part-time employees working at least 18.75 hours per week.
