The role of the Sr. EHS Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining and supporting EH&WS (Employee Health & Wellness Services), HRIS and the integration of EHS into HR related processes.The responsibilities includes the system administration and maintenance of Cority or any other cloud based application. The primary focus would be to support all areas of EHS.

This position will strive towards maximizing efficiency and improving processes. Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, Work stream management, cross-team collaboration and managing people.

You will:

  • Accountable for Core EHS functional Work streams and/or project activities
  • Interaction with all Work streams including technical, reports, conversion, change management and project management
  • Adapt existing methods, tools and procedures to create solutions to deliver on client needs
  • Analyze business requirements to determine configuration solutions; documentation of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
  • Understand the importance of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Gather/document business requirements.
  • Partner with EHS business owners in the design and delivery of integrations in Workday.
  • Configure changes in Cority based on business requirements.
  • Perform testing activities; document test scenarios, create test scripts.
  • Perform data conversion and data validation activities.
  • Resolve issues and defects.
  • Provide assistance and support on EHS projects as they relate to organizing and tracking the rollout and completion of various HR initiatives and efforts.
  • Cority Core Configuration maintenance
  • Perform mass data loads in Cority
  • Develop and enhance EHS Reports
  • Manage Application Security in Cority System
  • Develop and document internal HRIS operation procedures
  • Support internal/external integrations with Workday, iCIMS and other Internal and external system, including design, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct audits to ensure data integrity
  • Manages new releases of Cority and ensures proper testing is done.
  • Manages direct reports and assigns work

You need:


  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4-7 years of work experience


  • Database, desktop/web development and programming, and networking-level experience
  • Analytical experience
  • Experience with applications development in healthcare; business process and work flow in health care setting
  • Supervisory experience
  • Previous experience in 2 or more of the following areas: Cloud based Applications such as Workday, Cority, iCIMS, HTML, XML, C and C++.
