Tuition Reimbursement: The Tuition Assistance Program provides financial assistance to help employees further their education, enhance their skills and knowledge, and improve their ability to face future challenges at MSK. The program offers reimbursement to eligible employees for certificates, undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, laboratory fees, registration fees, and professional license exam fees up to $12,500 per calendar year for full-time employees, and up to $6,250 per year for part-time employees working at least 18.75 hours per week.
Commuter Spending Account Program: This program provides a tax-advantaged way for employees to pay for their eligible transportation and parking expenses related to their commute to and from work.

The Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) Department offers a variety of staff, management, and leadership development programs to enhance skills at all levels, providing a challenging and safe learning environment to support employees in meeting adaptive challenges, applying innovation, and managing change. Development programs for individuals are available to entire workgroups, departments, or individual employees based on developmental needs.
L&OD provides MSK employees with insights into the practice of leadership via our Leadership Development Learning Series, which is a combination of academic talks, practical wisdom, and the sharing of personal leadership experiences.
